- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had to call to cancel my appt today due to my daughter waking up sick this morning. Was told I would possibly get a $25 cancellation fee to which I said I don't see why they would make me pay for that considering this was an unforeseen circumstance. The person I spoke with was very rude and even said "you know you can bring her with you right?" Really??? Super rude and I'm so glad I didn't end up going there. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Both Dr. Haveman and Laura are exceptional. They listen, are very caring and concerned and smart. I have received follow-up calls both visits so far to determine how I was responding to new meds and to let me know they received prior authorization for coverage of my medicine. I felt like they drew down on their vast experience and knowledge to come up with solutions to complex digestive issues accompanying my Parkinson’s disease. And it’s no easy task to make someone who feels sick most of the time feel compelled to write a review. They deserve this public recognition.March 09, 2017by elizabeth rogers
